Shipping & Return Policy

Free US Shipping

Purchases over $50.00 qualify for Free Shipping within the US. Some product offers and bundles may offer free shipping outside of the $50.00 minimum. Items that have been ordered and paid for will ship no later than 1 to 3 business days after the transaction is processed unless there is a notification otherwise. Shipping will typically take place through the US Postal Service and they usually deliver products anywhere from 2 to 5 business days. An email will be sent after the transaction is complete to inform you of shipping and tracking information. We may offer free shipping for all products for special promotions from time to time.

International Shipping

At the moment we do not offer international shipping.


If there are any problems with your order such as the product not being delivered please contact our company at [email protected] If you purchased more than one bar and receive a refund, we will send you a shipping label to return the unused bars to us. Once we receive the bars we will refund your original form of payment. If you didn’t receive your order but USPS says it was delivered all we can do is give you a store credit. However, if USPS says your order wasn’t delivered and you haven’t received it after 20 days we can file a claim and resend you your original order. We will do our best to make things right and resolve any possible issues. Please contact us right away if you haven’t received your order.

If your product has been delivered damaged please get in touch with our customer service department through email within the first 48 hours along with a photo after delivery so we can replace it. Please keep in mind that these are handmade so there may be color and/or shape variations.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 20 days of receiving your order. You can keep your purchase of The Eczema Soap and receive a store credit or a refund for your purchase.

To initiate a store credit, please complete the following steps:

1.) Shoot us an email with your name, order number, photo, and a clear statement as to why you are not satisfied with the Eczema Soap Bar. Your explanation helps us ensure other customers are satisfied with their order.

You will receive a store credit in your email inbox within 1-2 business days to apply to your next order. If you have additional questions please contact us. We want you to be just as happy as we are about our product.
