What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
We pack our soaps carefully in hopes it will arrive in as good condition as we packed it. However, we can’t guarantee once it leaves the facility that it is handled correctly. If you have received a damaged soap bar please contact Customer Service with an image. We will gladly resend you a new bar allowing you to keep the damaged bar. It will still serve its purpose even though it might be ugly to look at. Your satisfaction is our goal.
